Job Title ：Accountant III (Senior Accountant)
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Finance Manager

Summary:
? Finance support for Albemarle China legal entities.
? Responsible for tax related tasks to ensure comply with China Tax regulations
? Responsible for internal management and statutory reporting
? Responsible for annual FS audit process
? Continuous improvement of site accounting processes.

Responsibility:
？ Provide finance support to site in the area of accounting, reporting and analysis (e.g. weekly/monthly manufacturing reporting, forecast, S&OP participation, AOP, etc.…)
？ Responsible for review and filing of the monthly tax package including VAT, stamp duty, etc.
？ Responsible for issue VAT invoices and VAT reconciliation
？ Responsible for the review of the Statistics reporting package to local Statistics Bureau.
？ Responsible for reviewing and filing of quarterly corporate income tax filing and annual tax review for all kinds of taxes.
？ Responsible for quarterly segment P&L analysis and annual TPD preparation.
？ Review and approve monthly trial balance, prepare financial analysis & Consolidated ALB China financial result to management.
？ Support for all internal, external and governmental audits (e.g., SOXs, PwC, local Customs House audit, local Tax Bureau’s audit).
？ Responsible for China GAAP and US GAAP reconciliation.
？ Assist local site Management and regional functional management during budget cycle and other ad hoc projects.
？ Assist with the preparation of the weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and analysis
？ Manage and perform standard cost updates by SKU
？ Perform cost closing and ensure the cost process accurate
？ Project economics and the first level follow up of assets accounting.
？ Assisting on financing arrangement on working capital and IC loan and facility monitoring.
？ Drive communications between Finance and Operations management to strengthen relationships.
？ Work closely with regional functional management, Dalian Shared Service Center to complete monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
？ Develop control procedures and insure proper internal controls over the use of site assets.

Requirements:
？ 5 plus years relevant experiences in tax and accounting function in foreign enterprises.
？ Good knowledge in month end close and reporting.
？ Knowledge on China GAAP and US GAAP
？ Experience in FS audit process
？ College graduated or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
？ Self-motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure
？ Advanced level of MS-Office skills, Lotus Notes & ERP system, SAP expertise strongly preferred.
？ Good at written and spoken English and Mandarin
