职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Develop new fabric, adjustment and follow up work according to the needs of designers
根据设计师需要，完成面料的开发、调样及后续的跟踪工作
2. Contact with mills/suppliers for the price, lead time and related supply issues to make sure the quality and color of specification
与供应商和工厂联系价格，交期，以及相关采购事项，确保样品质量和颜色
3. Control of fabric development costs strictly
严格把控面料开发成本
4. Arrange and coordinate fabric testing with SGS/ITS and our own lab, tracking testing results
与SGS/ITS和公司内部实验室，安排协调面料测试，跟踪测试结果

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above. Major in dyeing and finishing/textile product design is plus.
大专或以上学历，染整或纺织专业尤佳
2. At least 2-3 year's related experience in fabric market
有2-3年以上相关纺织面料经验
3. Familiar with all kind of fabric development process and good knowledge of fabric composition, inherent qualities and characteristics
熟悉各种面料开发流程，了解面料特性和成分
4. Aggressive, optimistic and open-character, good communication skills; Ability to work independently and under pressure
为人有冲劲，乐观，沟通力好；具备独立工作的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力
5. Good English in oral & written；Basic computer skill with MS office.
