Mission

Organizes, co-ordinates and controls the correct performance of the civil works, even of high complexity, providing assistance and support in the management of the correct performance of the project and in the definition of any disputes, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.


Task

1) Carries out the work in the planned times and costs
2) Applies the final, procedures approved by the client
3) Ensures observance of the project specifications
4) Ensures that safety and quality standards are respected
5) Prepares and co-ordinates the detailed programs for the correct management of the works of one’s specific responsibility
6) Helps solving technical and management problems encountered in the area of responsibility
7) In accordance with the established operating programs, arranges for the correct and cost-effective performance of civil construction works, coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the dependent teams and \ or subcontractors
8) Manages the technical and administrative documentation
9) Manages direct and sub-contracted work
10) Manages human and technical resources, indicating any needs and surplus in good time
11) Gives all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and proposes solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems
12) Ensures that production quality and quantity standards are observed
13) Ensures that safety standards are observed and guarantee the quality of the work
14) Assists with the hand-over of completed works
15) Measures the works carried out with the Works Director and sub-contractors’ representatives
16) Supplies the elements needed to draw up the accounts
17) Assists with the demob of the site (shipment of material and equipment, solution of any outstanding questions)
