Mission

Creates and updates the Bills of Material Quantity of work order on basis of approved for
construction drawings in the form of quantity records booklet, as well as site works accounting documents, ensuring correctness and accuracy of data and compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Task

1) Verifies a quantity records booklet submitted by the Subcontractors.
2) Creates quantity records booklet or equivalent for the customer, according to active invoicing procedures, certifying quantities and practices.
3) Updates quantity records booklets and successive accounting documents relating to works, according to data received monthly from all work site assistants.
4) Supplies quantitative data for the preparation of Extra Works and economy works, receiving from Site Foreman, Assistants and Team Leaders approval of said forecast and balance data.
5) Collects official price revision indexes, as specified by local bulletins recognized by the contract.
6) Checks all work accounting documents, supervise final accounting and to obtain the signature of those responsible.
7) Assists in the technical-administrative settling of claims presented by sub-contractors.
