职位描述：
1. Evaluate and develop complex manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and conferring with equipment suppliers.
2. Set up, monitor production processes, optimize parameter, and improve quality and output.
3.Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, equipment layout and establishing and implementing ‘design for manufacture and assembly' plans. Assures process control and reliability for broad areas of manufacturing that may include supplier base as appropriate.
4. Working together with maintenance team to analyze and solve equipment issue, and make sure machine runs smoothly
5. Prepare written and graphical working instructions to deliver manufacturing requirements to production team.
6. Refines and enhances products and processes by applying continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to critical or high-impact areas of production.
7. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm and validate manufacturing process requirements. Determines root cause of failures using statistical methods (e.g. design of experiment, statistical process control) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods.

岗位要求：
(1). Over 3 years working experience in automotive industry, and previous experience in forge or powder metal product industry engineering field preferred. Project management experience is a plus and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
(2) Solid knowledge of 5S, Lean manufacture, SMED.
(3) familiar with APQP/FMEA/CP/SPC etc. quality management tools.
(4) Familiar with multi-plate CNC machine, Dorst CNC press, Mahler Furnace is preferred.
(5) CAD knowledge
(6) High responsibility and excellent sense of team work
