岗位职责
1.筛选简历，推荐简历给人力需求部门
2.组织招聘面试，安排面试场所，通知候选人面试时间及地点;协助给候选人面试反馈
3.协助招聘主管进行招聘计划的收集和整理
4.对招聘资料进行建档管理
5.维护招聘网站上的信息

6.完成招聘主管布置的其他相关工作

任职要求
1.大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关管理类专业
2.两年以上人力资源或其他相关管理工作经验
3.能熟练操作计算机office软件；具备较强的语言和文字表达能力，具备一定甄别能力
4.具备一定的沟通能力、人际交往能力、计划/执行能力、组织能力、控制能力，做事认真仔细
