Descriptions:

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality control and completion of specific projects (pharmaceutical, chemical, etc) ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.


? lead the planning and implementation of projects
? plan and schedule project timelines
? constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management
? present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
? project evaluations and assessment of results


Requirements:
1. BS, MS in medicine or biology related disciplines.
2. Good working experience in multinational companies.
3. At least 10 years' experiences in bio/pharm projects. Experience in project leadership is desirable. Prior experience in project management is a big plus.
4. Proved technical experience and understanding of the technology environment, familiar with GMP, cGMP related standards.
5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
6. Good interpersonal skills, excellent learning capability and logical thinking, great coordination ability and project organizing skills
7. A good team player.
8. International project management experience is preferred
9. Decent knowledge in Word, EXCEL and Power Point.
10. PMP certified preferred.
