Job Summary:

Senior Engineer – Structure performs a variety of technical engineering and drafting duties in the discipline of structure. He is supposed to support the Lead Engineer of Structure with work allocation, performs or coordinates training. He is also supposed to support on continuous basis the employees in their daily transactions. A major task is the support for inter-project communication within the Group.

Major Responsibilities:

- Supervise other Engineers in the field of structure;

- Control & manage drawings, operating manual, technical specifications and other related documents;

- Manage project planning and cost control;

- Estimate quantity and material take-off;

- Understand and interpret drawings of the architectural, structural and utility systems of all structures and other facilities inside and outside of the Storage Plant and Pipeline area;

- Manage detailing of formworks panel, tie rods and cross-truss bracing, as well as structural and reinforcement works;

- Monitor and complete reproduction-graphic works related to CSA design;

- Achieve documents for technical information in accordance with available drafts;

- Maintain close working relationship with project managers, other discipline engineers and other CSA engineers;

- Provide drafts proposal and updating the documentations and plans;

- Monitor routine field work;

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Number of projects planned and executed;

- Number of projects completed within budget and schedule;

- Number of project changes managed;

- Customer Satisfaction;

- Employee Satisfaction from co-workers.

Capability and Competence:

? Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Structural Engineering or other related engineering field;

? Working Experience: min. 8 years of experience in design and supervision of execution of structure works;

? Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)

1) In various CSA related disciplines (Architecture, Structural Design, HVAC, Plumbing ); In-depth knowledge of architectural design, and interior design;

2) Of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools;

3) Of building design, construction, and maintenance.

4) Level of knowledge required

i. Basic or limited: Knows the fundamental concepts of the specialty field

ii. Intermediate: has broad job knowledge; knows and applies the full range of concepts, practices of the specialty field

iii. Advanced: as a recognized expert among thoses in the field, applies a high degree of knowledge of the overall field; applies principles, practices and procedures of a particular field within the disciplin to complete difficult

? Excellent in time management and communication skills, complemented with good work ethics and a good team spirit;

? Open-minded, active, creative, self motivated with a good sense of team spirit;

? Skilled in relevant design software and related tools;

? Able to work in a multi-cultural environment;

? Able to communicate effectively using visual, graphic, written and verbal means;

? Knowledge of foreign languages
