职位描述
Key Responsibilities/主要职责：
1. responsible for establishing Purchasing Order in Accpac system, assisting to negotiate with supplier, preparing the contracts.
负责在Accpac系统中生成订单，参与、协助与供应商的谈判、准备合同。
2.Responsible for office purchasing, assisting projects TBM parts purchasing.
负责办公室用品采购，协助盾构机部件项目采购
3. to assist handling daily matters pertaining to the suppliers/manufacturers,such as supplier order delivery status check and push.
协助处理采购相关的日常事务,如供应商交货状况检查和跟催。
4. controlling the procurement cost with quality assurance as the precondition, to maximize the company benefits.
在保证产品质量的前提下控制采购成本。
Requirements & Qualifications/任职资历:
The successful applicant should have the following qualifications应聘人应具备以下资质：
1. college degree preferably with an engineering background.
大专学历，工科背景优先。
2. basic communication in English in reading and writing.
有一定的英语读写能力。
3. with related working experience in purchasing area or customer service at least one year.
至少一年采购或客服相关工作经验。
4. responsible and patient.
认真负责、有耐心。
