Main Responsibilities, Competencies and Personal Qualities:

• Must have advanced knowledge of garment and fabric construction, knowledge to identify different type of fabric and yarns, knowledge of pattern making, cutting, sewing and making is extremely important to this position
• Must have 5+ years working experiences in garment/fashion industry as QC/QA
• Can achieve tight deadline and massive workload
• To achieve no return, no claim, no air freight policy
• Able to speak, read and write basic English esp. related to garment inspection/fit, can communicate well with Australian head office buyer, pattern maker, QC and production people
• Be able to establish good relationship with factories, have good people skill
• Passionate about garment/fashion industry and hard working
• Have the ability to identify current and potential fabric/garment/production/fit/making problems
• Working experience for Australian customers is an advantage
• Bachelor degree of textile/garment production/quality control is preferred
• Very frequent travel and office inspection combined
