Duties

·Perform basic clerical tasks
·Provides standard clerical services and information that support department activities.
·Typing of correspondence, scope documents, material and technical requisitions, specifications, faxes, and other documents.
·Maintain records and filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
·Input to computer of monthly job status report. Assembly of the total monthly report with summaries and cover letters, printouts, group inputs, etc.
·Maintain records and filing of engineering work requests and facility change safety review forms.
·Send and maintain records of faxes.
·Receive and distribute mails for the department.
·Maintain and update records of engineering and quality procedures/manual and distribute copy to holders.
·Maintain and update records of company policies and procedures.
·Maintain and update records of personnel vacations and schedules.
·Maintain and update records of all subscriptions.
·Maintain office supplies, and company forms.
·Maintain copies and record of building key holders.
·Arrange visitors/contractors passes.
·Coordinate maintenance and repair of PLE vehicles.
·Coordinate maintenance of PLE building.
·Coordinate repair of office furniture and fixtures.
·Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
·Maintain clean and tidy office area.
·Arrange / coordinate meetings and conference with internal departments and external agencies.

Qualification

·Diploma /Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years experience in project environment.
·Good written and oral English skills
·Proficient in micro-soft office.
·2-5 Years experience doing secretarial work.
