职位描述：

1. Will be responsible for several auto franchises in the Composite reporting process
· Review composite submissions and manage them through a validation process to a set deadline
· Contact Dealership Accountant regarding queries from submissions
· Assist in checking all output reports before and after review with franchise
· Attend review meetings with franchise onsite or at the manufacturers
· Identify poor performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues
2. Provide project supports and visit dealers, e.g. dealer audit, dealer DMS mapping etc., to improve data accuracy.
3. Coordinate & support Account Manager and Country Director in tenders/biddings and other business development activities
4. Coordinate & support client trainings
5. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
6. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
7. Any Ad hoc request

This role profile is not exhaustive, it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to participate in this process and the company would aim to reach agreement to the changes.

1.3 years auto dealer group (4s dealers) Finance, Accounting and/or Audit department

2.Advance English, be able to orally & verbally written /analysis/respond on Accounting & Financial Management reports into Chinese (or vice versa)

3.organised & forward planning/diary management .Excellent Communication skills Both verbal and written

4.
1) DMS, and
2) Office: Excel, World & Powerpoint

5.Degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit from China top university

6.Can-do, Proactive & flexible working approach.Team worker.Polite, assertive, enthusiastic.Uses initiative and creativity.Willing to travel frequently
