Responsibilities:

As a KMR Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage syndicate study teams in the design, execution and delivery of research and analysis that facilitate higher confidence strategic business decisions for our multiclient reports

Day-to-day responsibility for the design and execution of consulting engagements

1.Develop/refine scope of engagement, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables

2.Drive staff performance to successful completion of engagement

3.Guide the development of analysis, appraisal and recommendations oral presentations, and all supporting documentation

4.Serve as key client liaison throughout duration of assignment

5.Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, and assisting in proposal development and internal planning activities

6.Conduct select primary interviews to obtain critical insights and information



Job Requirements:

1.Specific experience in consulting, project management and the chemical industry is strongly preferred

2. Analytical, communication, presentation and facilitation skills will be refined and highly effective for purposes of team leadership, client work sessions and client presentations

3.Proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate in a team environment to achieve results that meet or exceed client expectations

4.Qualified candidates will have a University degree. (Preferably a BS degree in a technical field; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences- or quivalent, and MBA or advanced degree advantageous)

5.At least 6 years of experience in industry and a consulting or market research environment

6.Ability to travel
