职位描述：
This position is responsible for provide full HR services including developing HR process in accordance with group's requirement, recruitment and interviewing to attain talents.
This position is responsible for rolling out relevant program in making training a tool for employee development, talent management and competency development programs which will ultimately support organizational development.
Coordinate the performance appraisal, employee relationship, planning& budget and relative HR functions.

Training
- Set the training and development strategy to support Sulzer Chemical Asia business / operations
- Direct the organization's training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's polices and standards.
- Analyze and identify the training and development needs of the organization.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future requirements.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement training, development, and succession plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall training strategy.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization's training activities remain current and relevant.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals to ensure that the organization's training and development strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets.
- Provide HR report when required
Staffing
- Establish recruitment tools to upgrade recruitment process in an efficient way
- Actively work with agencies and manage the projects when necessary
- Ensure all recruitment execution compliance with company policy and statutory laws
- Performs the 1st round interview; makes tests reports efficiently and accurately if required
- Participate in campus recruitment and ad hoc. projects
- Establish network relationship with professional consulting company to get sufficient and suitable resources for update people and organization development concept/trend.
