Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities
1. Assist management to create and define a proper marketing plan for company core business and projects to enhance the Company’s image and positioning within the marketplace and with the general public.
2. Be an internal communication bridge with Global Marketing and Events management.
3. Develop systematic and active existing and potential company client list.
4. Formulate, Execute and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote La Perla’s products and services, working alongside with a wide range of people, both staff in other departments and external agencies.
5. Manage, execute and coordinate traditional (off-line) and digital (on-line) marketing activities in line with the global and company development, support day-to-day operation, and evaluate its investment VS business results.
6. Responsible for providing social media budget, strategy and planning
7. To build, develop and implement, with internal digital team and external resources, for social media platform for our assets; so as to increase awareness and CRM to our assets.
8. To manage, update and create awareness for company website
9. To oversee the art direction all project presentation
10. Complete any projects/tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) Fluent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3) At least 3 years’ experience in related field from Fashion, media or digital agency industry. Strong in Digital Marketing experience is a must.
4) Team player.
5) Good event management skills with proven ability to manage projects.
6) Organized, initiative self-motivated and can work effectively under pressure.
7) Sensitive to marketing information and fashion trend.
8) Excellent attitude with positive energy & business acumen.
9) Strong in time management skills with detail oriented mindset.
10) Flexibility and adaptability.
11) Autonomy and solution capabilities.

The story began in 1954, when Ada Masotti, a corset-maker (couturière) founded the iconic lingerie brand in Bologna. La Perla is one of few historical fashion houses with a woman founder and this year marks the 65th anniversary. The brand name was inspired by the elaborate way Masotti would present her products to customers - carefully packaging them away in red velvet boxes like those you would use for jewelry.
The name she chose - La Perla - was certainly full of promise. Starting out when stretch fabrics had yet to appear and expert tailoring was the only way to shape a garment, Ada Masotti laid the foundations for that attention to detail and love of perfection which are still central to La Perla's philosophy today.
La Perla has evolved to become one of the most well-known luxury underwear brands in the world. "La Perla has changed in the same way that women have changed over the years" says the brand's Creative Director, Alessandra Bertuzzi, but "functionality, technicality, craftsmanship the key aesthetics have been preserved and respected."
Since 2013, La Perla was owned by Italian businessman Silvio Scaglia via its Pacific Global Management holding company. In February 2018, it was acquired by German entrepreneur Lars Windhorst under his global investment firm, Tennor Holding B.V. His mission is to take La Perla to the next level and continue Silvio’s vision of creating a worldwide luxury brand, while keeping its production in Europe.
La Perla’s strategic focus is shaped around maximizing its business opportunities in each region, modernizing the core business whilst staying authentic and relevant to todays’ luxury consumers and continue being true to their brand DNA, iconic collections, and core values.
