职位描述
目前我们需找一名高级专员或者是主管的角色负责招聘、培训及薪酬福利事宜。其中50%的精力在招聘上,25%的精力在培训方面,25%的精力在薪酬福利上。
目标
有效保持和开拓招聘途径以满足公司用工需求
有效制定并执行公司培训计划以确保加强员工的个人能力适应公司发展需求
职位描述:
1. 招聘及人力资源规划 (50%)
a) 负责德图上海各职能新员工的招聘工作:
* 专业高质量地完成各个职能的招聘工作
* 招聘广告设计与发布
* 挖掘、识别并筛选候选人以确保其技术能力、工作态度及个性等符合德图文化
* 联系应征者或有潜力的候选人
* 面试并给出报告和评估并计划进一步日程
b) 人才库的建立及维护:
* 开发人才储备渠道:外包、招聘会、网络搜寻、相关协会、媒体、推荐、广告等
* 能正确理解并传达公司人才发展策略
* 具有前瞻性,并与需要招聘部门经理沟通、合作及时完成招聘工作
c) 改善公司招聘流程并根据公司的发展情况进行有效调整:
* 规划、建立适合公司的招聘方法和途径
* 对管理层在面试技巧、内容及沟通方面进行指导
* 进行人才管理,根据职能转换或项目执行合理分配人才
* 对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力并通过对招聘及面试流程进行持续性评估及改善以满足公司业务发展
2. 员工培 训 (25%)
* 根据公司发展及员工需求拟定及有效实施培训计划;
* 组织安排新员工培训计划及新员工入职培训;
* 根据员工培训计划,跟踪记录后续反馈及调研;
* 制定培训预算并合理控制
3.薪酬福利 (25%)
* 与人事外包公司核算薪酬
* 参与社保福利及公司绩效考核等工作,并确保根据公司制度和当地政策按时准确地完成
* 准时提交薪资报表
4.主管交办的其他任务
知识及技能
1. 教育及经验
* 本科学历及以上,优先考虑人力资源管理,工商管理或行政管理专业毕业
* 至少5年以上人事经验,特别是招聘和培训等实际操作和管理经验
* 至少3~4年以上人事经验,特别是薪酬福利等人事模块实际操作和管理经验
* 有人力资源培训模块工作经历
2. 知识及技能
* 熟悉国家劳动法、劳动合同法及上海市地方相关法律法规;掌握人力资源管理专业知识;熟悉企业薪酬福利管理流程
* 英文读写流利
* 熟练运用办公软件(如OFFICE word, excel, PPT),对数字敏感并且细心,擅于报表分析能力
* 思路开阔并具有良好的沟通协调能力
* 具有强烈意愿和团队责任感,抗压力强,具有进取心和学习能力
* 积极主动并具有高度的责任感
* 有计划,有能力在紧凑的时限内完成任务
we are looking for a HR senior specialist or officer in charge of the recruiting, training and C&B, which 50% responsibility will be recruitment, 25% focusing on training and 25% on C&B.
Job Purpose:
Keep and explore effective recruitment channels to satisfy the company’s workforce.
Design, deliver and administer the organisation's training programmes in accordance with the organisation's training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and futurehuman resource needs of the business.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Recruitment & HRP (50%)
a) Responsible for new hire recruiting for all functions in testo Shanghai:
* Operates as the expert in industry best practices for all functional areas of recruitment.
* Design & publish recruitment advertisement.
* Source, identify, and screen candidates to determine if their technical ability, attitude and personality are fit for testo culture.
* Contacts applicants and passive candidates to introduce them to testo.
* Follow up with candidates to provide interview feedback and discuss/schedule next steps if necessary
b) Talent pool setting up and maintenance:
* Develops candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals and advertising.
* Ability to translate business strategy and talent planning into external talent pipelines.
* Proactively communicates with corporate and consulting hiring managers to provide timely filling of positions through effective human resource planning.
c) Improve and tailor the recruitment process with the development of the company.
* Develops unique and innovative ways to identify candidates for the firm.
* Coaches the management team on interviewing techniques and provides direction with regards to interview content and candidate interactions.
* Manages the talent to cross-utilize resources across projects and niches.
* Monitors new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment through continuously evaluates and improves interviewing process for corporate business development.
2. Employee Training (25%)
* Design, resource, and deliver training programmes, or recommend externally-provided programmes, which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organisation's overall training plan.
* Design & arrange new employee training plan to enhance their know-how, skills, and performance; conduct orientation for new employees.
* Maintain and analyse organisation and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programmes.
* Set up, tracking and control the training budget
3. C&B (25%)
* Double check the payroll calculation with HR outsourcing company
* Participate in benefits implementation and performance appraisal with high accuracy to ensure on time and quality delivery and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Finish payroll reports on time.
4. Any other tasks requested by the Manager.
Competencies & Requirement:
1. Education & Experiences
* Bachelor's degree is required, major in in human resources or business administration is preferred
* Above 5 years HR work experience especially in recruitment and training
* 3 ~ 4 years HR work experience in C&B
* Have training experiences
2. Knowledge & Skills
*Good knowledge in Labor Law and government regulations relative to employment; familiar with corporate recruitment and C&B procedures
* Fluent in English
* Good at computer programs (MS word, excel and PPT) and data analysis, detail oriented
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Good team player, is able to work under pressure and excited about challenges and wants to continually learn
* Self-motivated, initiative and high sense of responsibilities
* Result oriented: ability to plan and prioritize work in the face of tight deadlines is required
