- Collect all documents from Construction related permits
- Follow up approval process for Construction permits
- Relationship to the relevant authorities
- Interface to Legal and Finance


Requirements:

Professional experience:
- Expert in the respective national real estate and construction business
- Experienced in project and process management

Educational background:
- University degree in the field of law, real estate business, engineering or business management

Job-related skills and attributes:
- Negotiation skills and target-oriented way of acting / working
- Pro-active and self- motivated, willing to take responsibility
- Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
- Versatile and flexible and willing to work in a team as well as willing to travel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Enjoy working in an international environment
