Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager (to be stationed in Shanghai, China)
- Develop & create promotional premium ideas (mainly novelty items for teens and toys for kids), for customers' promotions. Customers are KFC, Mead Johnson and etc..
- Help source premium items, negotiate with suppliers and customers for the best quality, price and delivery timing.
- Monitor business from concept development, sales order processing, project control and customer service.
- Aggressive, independent, high moral and ethical standard, good interpersonal skills, efficient and hardworking.
- Sociable, well versed in presentation and negotiation, dedicated to success;
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience in TOYS, Promotional Premiums, stationary or advertising and promotion is an advantage.
- Solid experience or knowledge of manufacturing, particularly in plastic injection molding.
- University graduate in advertising, marketing, China Studies or business related discipline;
- Fluent in both Chinese - Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
- Previous China experience (esp. in Shanghai) is preferred.
