职位描述：
LEVEL 1 1级
1- Make preparations to change tools as quickly as possible and in compliance with standards
尽可能快的准备更换模具，遵守标准操作流程
- Consult the manufacturing schedule
建议生产计划，以优化换模准备
- Prepare to make production changes by validating the check-list
通过完成检查表来准备换型
- Make production changes in accordance with the maintenance procedure (assembly, disassembly of tools, peripheral devices, conveyor, etc.)
按照程序换型（注塑模具，装配，外围设备，传送带等）
- Supply or organise the supply of raw materials to machines
为生产设备准备塑料原材料
- Analyse causes and decide upon the appropriate methods and means to perform his/her missions
分析原因并决定适合的方法来完成任务

2- Manage manufacturing change in compliance with Technical File standards and minimising change time
按照技术标准，使换型在尽可能少的时间内完成
- Assemble a tool on a machine in compliance with safety and correct operation conditions
按照安全要求，在设备上安装工装，保证其处在正确使用的状态
- Perform level 1 maintenance
执行1 级设备维护
- Perform the standard setting, in compliance with the production launched, of all machines required for manufacturing
按照标准设置设备参数，启动所有生产所需的设备
- Ensure the conformity of the workstation layout and cleanliness
确保工位布局正确，环境清洁

3 - Launch manufacture by minimising start-up rejections
启动生产，尽可能减少初始磨合产生的报废
- Perform and approve start-up check procedures (safety, presence of documents at station such as production programmes, manufacturing data, GALIA labels, material components)
执行和批准启动检查程序 （安全性，工位上文件，比如生产程序，生产数据，GALIA标签，材料成分
- Check the conformity of the station with respect to the introduction sheet
检查确认工位是否符合操作指导书
- Check the correct operation of the machine, peripheral devices and tools (dimensional check, by attribute, master part)
检查机器，外围设备和工具的正确使用（首件尺寸测量）
- Display start-up documents
展示生产启动文件
- Record malfunctions and technical adjustment operations carried out in the process log
记录设备记录中记载的故障和技术调整的的操作

4 – Monitor the process/product and intervene in the event of anomalies
监控过程和产品，干预异常的事件
- Organise monitoring of the process and monitor the process parameters
组织监控过程以及监控过程参数
- Report to his/her manager
向领导汇报
- Monitor production conditions and make simple corrections in the event of malfunctions
监控生产状况并在出现故障时进行简单的修复
- Check the conformity of cycle times in relation to reference times
检查生产循环时间是否符合标准循环周期
- Assist with progress initiatives in the cell (LEAN tools) and help to improve equipment and workshop processes
协助区域内部的过程改进（利用LEAN 工具），帮助提高设备及工艺能力
- Update documents or computer databases associated with his/her job
更新和自己工作相关的文件和计算机数据库

5 - Provide technical expertise
提供技术经验
- Analyse and diagnose processes
分析和判断流程是否正常
- Propose and implement adequate corrective actions / adapted solutions / improvement plans
提出并实施适当的改正措施/适合的方法/改进计划
- Analyse micro-failures to prevent occurrence of a failure
分析细小的失效来防止预防失误的发生
- Help to select and implement improvement actions
帮助选择和实施改进措施
- Notify his/her line manager of any discrepancies in relation to standards
通知上级任何与标准不符合的问题
- Ensure that equipment is in good condition

6 - Provide technical tutoring
提供技术指导
- Provide technical support to Autonomous Production Teams
向生产团队提供技术支持
- Provide technical training to operators, leaders and setters: notify them of their training needs, schedule training and provide training
培训操作工，班长和其他技术员：通知他们的培训需求，安排培训计划并展开培训
- Ensure the effectiveness of the training provided
