岗位职责：

- 确保生产制造符合客户的规范和要求

- 确保实施过程中审计

- 识别和评估产品质量问题并与制造工程师、测试工程师、生产主管和IQC一起制定纠正措施

- 确保质量记录的正确维护

- 与客户就所有质量相关问题保持联系

- 开展内部质量会议

- 培训过程中质量审计并收集数据，绘制图表和反馈意见

- 准备公司标准操作程序和检查表

- 确保测量仪器和测试设备的适当校准，当它们校准到期时要采取必要的行动

- 确保ESD在生产线处于准确位置

- 分析、建议和实施纠正措施计划以解决质量问题

- 每周开展质量会议并推动质量改进计划

- 执行公司指定的其他职责

岗位要求：

- 最好有至少10年左右的经验在制造业，有SAP数据库管理经验以及对SPC、FMEA、Poka Yoke、ISO 9000、AS9100、TS16949、6西格玛程序和其他建立的管理系统有良好了解更好

- 能够独立、自律

- 反应快，可靠，能与各级人员很好的交流互动

- 较强人际交往能力、 团队合作精神

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that products manufactured conformed to customer specification and requirements

- Ensure that In-process audits are carried out

- Identify and evaluate the products quality problems and work with the Manufacturing Engineer , Test Engineer (if applicable),Production Supervisor and IQC Engineer to develop corrective actions

- Ensure proper maintenance of the quality record at QA

- Liaise with customers on all Quality related issues

- Hold Internal Quality meeting

- Train QA In-process Audit Inspectors to collect data,plot Charts and feedback for actions

- Prepare Venture Standard Operating Procedure (Inspection) and checklist

- Ensure the measuring instrument and test equipments are duly calibrated and necessary actions to be taken when measuring instrument and test equipments calibrated are found to be expired

- Ensure ESD is in-place in the production

- Analysis, propose and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues

- Conduct weekly Quality meetings and drive quality improvement plans

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

REQUIREMENTS:

- Sound knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Poka Yoke, ISO 9000, AS9100, TS16949, 6 Sigma programs and other established management systems will be advantageous

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Resourceful, responsive, reliable and ability to interact with people at all levels

- Strong interpersonal, team player
