职位描述：
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
- Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent, with good knowledge in mechanics and automation。
- Fluency in English, Proficient in MS office software, Professional Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 2-year experience in related field
- Strong negotiation skill and supplier management skill
- Excellent communication skills (you are able to communicate across all levels of organization).
- High ability to lead, to motivate and to facilitate project working sessions.
- Be familiar with quality management system such as ISO9001,TS16949 etc
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Know the strengths and weaknesses of the suppliers and evaluate them in order to be able to decide where an order should best be placed and contribute to reliable, flexible, mutually profitable and socially and environmentally responsible manufacturing sources.
- Ensures suppliers meet cost, quality and delivery commitments as required to maintain an efficient supply of parts.
- Deal with customer complaints in cooperation with our quality department.
- Supplier management and continuous improvement of supplier performance. Promptly respond and recommend effective corrective action on problems, and proactively communicate internally and externally.
- To complete the daily inquiry and contract with technical part together to requester;
- To be a bridge between the supplier and local/global requester (Sales/APT/Operation/OSD) to finalize/clarify all technical/specification discussion.
- P.O handling upon corresponding PR/MRP and negotiate agreements, terms, conditions, logistics and pricing with suppliers as required.
