- General Technical Support:

1.Provide technical assistance and supporting to project team on product development and existing order related technical issues. Visit supplier on required technical improvement.

2.Identify, analyze product drawings.

3.Research and manage third party testing facilities and related testing information.

4.Organize and manage company testing equipment and tools.

- Factory Audit:

1.Perform Factory Audit based on new project requirement.

2.Perform vendor evaluation based on operation requirement.

- Sample Management:

1.Perform sample testing and evaluation, file sample inspection reporting. Assist on sample quality improvement per client's requirement, communication with factory on improvement.

2.Sample data and reports management.

3.Sample storage management (in office and factory).

- Production Planning:

Assist on production schedule planning, manage production schedule on epm (when required).

- Product Packing SOP

Design and draft product packing SOP for all product lines, and related communication with supplier on packing execution.

- Perform inspection & other assignments when required.

工作职责：
1.技术支持：
1）为采购项目组的产品开发和订单提供技术支持。如有必要，出差至供应商处以获得产品技术上的改进和提高。
2）研究分析产品图纸
3）调查研究并管理第三方检测机构的检测设备和检测信息。
4）管理公司验货设备及工具。
2. 验厂及供应商评估：
1）对新项目的供应商进行验厂并完成报告
2）对供应商评估审核并完成报告
3. 样品管理：
1）样品测试及评估并完成样品测试报告。与工厂沟通协调按客户要求提高样品质量。
2）管理样品资料数据及报告。
3）负责办公室及工厂的样品保存和库存管理
4. 生产计划：
协助管理生产计划进度
5. 产品包装流程：
设计起草全部产品的包装流程，与工厂沟通产品包装的实际情况和解决方案
6. 验货以及公司安排的其他工作

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must.

2.Working experiences relates to Industrial Supplies product categories is desired.

3.At least 3 years experiences in charge of product quality engineering.

4.Proficient with CAD drawing skills.

5.Proficient MS office skills in designing quality control process.

6.Able to read & write English.

7.Well organized and self-disciplined, hard working, responsible, and a good team player.

8.Able to travel upon request.

2．必须具备在工业产品行业工作经验

3．要求三年以上质量管理工作经验

4．熟练的CAD制图能力。

5．熟练的电脑办公能力，编写质量控制流程。

6．必须具备良好的英文读写能力

8．能够按工作需要随时出差
