工作内容概述:
高层管理职位,在整个项目生命周期及通过“交钥匙”工程进行概念开发阶段,根据项目需求和相关政策程序,带头为华特迪士尼幻想工程(WDI)项目团队的大型跨学科项目的提供支持。
工作职责:
? 使用Primavera软件制定和更新项目进度。
? 制定项目计划,通过区划/战略文件制定综合项目主进度表。
? 制定项目周期和项目主进度表。
? 以各种专业图纸和规格为基础,制定全面的计划和进度表。
? 配合项目估算和财务团队,界定项目范围的细致程度、确定项目的持续时间,从而加强对项目的监控、满足汇报的需求。
? 配合承包商、相关的项目团队成员和WDI系统规划师,制定和整合完成项目工作所需的时间和工作顺序。
? 协调和整合所有内部和外部项目参与方制定的项目进度表。
? 按要求召开规划和协调会议,从而为规划和监控部门提供支持。
? 跟踪并汇报进度,分析差异,制定工作计划,协调解决差异。
? 分析人力负荷和资源投入,按要求绘制及跟新得到的每人每小时工作量进度曲线。
? 根据要求撰写报告,支持项目需求及向管理层报告的工作。
? 制定招标包的具体进度安排,确定合同里程碑。
? 职责范围还包括演出演出布景/游乐设备的概念开发;演出布景、游乐设备、设施和区域开发设计;演出布景/游乐设备的生产和安装及楼宇施工。
? 遵循所有人事政策和公司手册规定。
技能和要求:
? 拥有负责项目规划和制定进度的经历。
? 9-12年工程/建筑规划和进度制定和/或规划/协调迪士尼项目的经历。
? 至少5年的计算机“关键路径法”进程制定经验。
? 至少2年的Primavera软件使用经验。
? 至少3年的施工经验。
? 掌握公司规划和进度制定程序、规划技巧、建筑/工程和演出布景、游乐设施的所有学科、成本控制系统。
? 做事有条理、积极主动,具有很强的沟通能力、人际交往能力和计算机技能。
? 了解实际的项目内控应用和挣值测量。

Title: Senior Project Planner/Scheduler
Location: Pudong, Shanghai
Reports to: Executive Director of Planning and Scheduling
GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Senior level management position providing complex planning and scheduling support in a lead capacity to the WDI project team on large multi-disciplined project/s throughout the project life cycle, concept development through turnkey, consistent with project needs and appropriate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
? Develop and status project schedules using Primavera.
? Prepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules.
? Prepare project life cycle and project master schedules.
? Develop comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple discipline drawings and specifications.
? Coordinate with project estimating and finance to develop appropriate level of detail scope definition and durations for schedule activities definition to support project monitoring and reporting needs.
? Coordinate with contractors, responsible project team members, and WDI systems planners to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences required to perform project work.
? Coordinate and integrate project schedule input from all internal and external project organizations.
? Conduct planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions.
? Collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop work-around plans, and coordinate resolution of variances.
? Conduct manpower loading/resource analysis, and develop and status earned man-hour progress curves as required.
? Produce reports as required to support project needs and management reporting.
? Prepare schedule specification for the bid package and determine contract schedule milestones.
? Scope of responsibility covers show/ride concept development, show, ride, facility and area development design, show ride production and installation, and building construction disciplines.
? Adherence to all personnel policies and Company handbooks.
Required Qualification:
:
? Prior experience as Lead Project Planner/Scheduler.
? 9-12 years engineering/construction planning and scheduling and/or Disney planning/coordination experience.
? At least five years of computer Critical Path Method scheduling experience.
? At least two years hands on Primavera experience required.
? At least three years hands on construction experience.
? Working knowledge of Company planning and scheduling procedures, planning techniques, all architectural/engineering and show ride disciplines and cost control systems.
? Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
? Good understanding of practical project controls applications and earned value measurement.
? Possess strong understanding of design and construction progress measurement.
? Ability to successfully influence and lead a team.
? Ability to appropriate delegate and coach/mentor talent.
? Ability to successfully negotiate schedule changes with vendors and contractors.
? Prefer BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
? Appropriate experience will be considered as substitute for formal academic training
? Must be able to prepare schedule specification for contractor bid packages and determine appropriate contract schedule milestones.
? Must be able to prepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules.
