Role Title: Procurement Specialist

Requirements:
1. BS degree or above in any Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years experiences of Capital Expansion sourcing.
3. Understanding local construction roles/regulations.
4. Familiar with local construction/Engineering /utility equipment/building
material market.
5. Understand local/international legal/compliance requirement & contract.
6. Good written and English skills.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, strong sense of team.

Responsibilities:
1. Establishing the bidding/procurement strategy, short-listing of potential
contractors, vendors, & suppliers
2. Preparation of Project Vendor List
3. To manage all contracts/ PO to ensure that these are executed/delivered
in a timely manner, consistent with overall project objectives.
4. Be responsible for managing custom clearance and logistics. Managing
transportation up to warehouse/storage area, unloading and storage in
warehouse/storage area.
5. Ensure that equipment/material delivery meets the project schedule and
milestone requirements
6. Establish and maintain the equipment/ material sourcing plans and
strategies.
7. Assist to manage the entire procurement activities for the project.
8. To coordinate with Project Team in development of Long Lead
Equipment list.
