工作职责:
·
负责公司前台接待工作
·
负责公司电话接转、收发传真、文档复印等工作
·
负责各类办公文档、商务文档、合同协议的录入、排版、打印
·
日常文书、资料整理及其他一般行政事务
·
根据要求采购及管理日常办公用品, 做好勤杂内务工作, 物品保管工作与办公室设备管理及维修
·
年度报刊杂志的订阅工作, 收发日常报刊杂志及邮件交换
·
其他行政事宜
任职资格:
·
中专及大学专科, 2年以上行政助理工作经验
·
具有良好的服务意识, 认真细致, 高度的工作主动性
·
良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神
·
出色的计算机操作技能, 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等office软件
