Based at our Shanghai Office, we invite qualified individuals to join our team as:
Client Accounting - Account Payables
You will be member of the client accounting team responsible for effecting e-payments of customer expenses. It includes recording payments in our e-ledger, simple reconciliations, preparing customer billings, generating expense reports, investigating payment rejections, etc. You will work very closely with our international assignment consultants to ensure that customer payments are processed on a timely manner.
Our requirements:
Degree in Finance or accounting, or similar disciplines
1-2 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts payable
Attention to details and good with numbers
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English
Ability to work independently and with timelines
Can start work immediately or with short notice
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered to the right candidate.
