职位描述：

* 完成所负责销售区域内指定客户销售额
* 提高销售成功率
* 通过电话沟通，系统性规划并扩大潜在客户信息资料库
* 通过电话沟通，为客户提供基本咨询，并获取有效客户信息
* 客户信息跟进（寄发产品宣传册，订单输入，销售进行客户拜访的后续跟踪等）
* 安排销售的客户拜访计划
* 作为与客户直接沟通的第一层人员，发展并维护客户关系
* 主管交办的其他任务

职位需求：

* 大专学历及以上
* 销售经验（包括销售技巧，产品知识等）
* 熟悉指定的目标客户群体或行业中的技术需求及相关规定
* 有较强客户服务意识
* 英文读写流利
* 熟练运用办公软件（如OFFICE word, excel, PPT）
* 良好的沟通能力
* 具有强烈意愿和团队责任感，抗压力强，具有进取心和学习能力
* 积极主动并具有高度的责任感
* 有计划，有能力在紧凑的时限内完成任务

Principal Accountabilities:

* Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region
* Conversion Rate Leads - Sales
* Contacting potential customers by phone in order to develop them systematically
* Consultation of customers by phone with the objective to generate orders
* Lead follow up (sending of brochures, creation of quotations including follow up,
order entry, follow up of customer visits
* Arrangement of visits for outside sales
* First level contact person for customers in terms of customer relationship
management
* Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Competencies & Requirement:

* College degree is required
* Sales experience (Sales technique, product knowledge)
* Deep knowledge on technical regulations and other guidelines in the assigned
target group
* Customer-oriented
* Good at english
* Good at computer programs (MS word, excel and PPT)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good team player, is able to work under pressure and excited about challenges and
wants to continually learn
* Self-motivated, initiative and high sense of responsibilities
* Result oriented: ability to plan and prioritize work in the face of tight
deadlines is required
