JOB TITLE 工作职位 ： Key Account Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE工作目的：

To further strengthen new business development and customer service the company now seeks to employ a Key Account Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director China. The position is based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, but involves significant travel to the assigned customers’ locations.

2. JOB CONTEXT/ SCOPE工作内容/范围：

？ Work with customer focus team to develop strategic plan for assigned customers.

？ Implement Kongsberg Business development strategy through key account management.

？ Develop and convey customer needs and interest and work together multi-functional team to ensure most appropriate service provided to customers

？ Develop strategic alliance with key customers to secure long-term business cooperation.

？ Lead customer focus team to develop customer road map to provide decent and solid actions to deliver the regional strategic plan.

？ Promote Kongsberg’s image and reputation through all means among assigned customers.

？ Coordinate with global team in international programs

？ Share regional market intelligence with global team and give the global team of the market status in China.

？ Follow Company’s process to prepare and report business proposal. Report and highlight all-important factors in business case and help management team to make a decision based on detail data and fact.

？ Give local voice and mindset to the global management team to push for a business decision suitable to local business environment however, respect and support company’s core value and code.

？ Be responsible for all commercial communications with assigned customer throughout project lifetime.

？ Be responsible for managing all-important business input for plant SAP system, including but not limit to price, volume, project lead-time, customer contact matrix.

？ Regularly internal reporting acc to company’s requirement.

Direct report line to Sales & Marketing director China.

l Frequent contact with all other departments and employees within Kongsberg Automotive.

5. INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION任职者要求：

？ Strong business acumen

？ Strong passion to a challenging and dynamic working environment

？ Teamwork spirit and open mind.

？ Strong capability in developing customer relationship

？ Fluency in English and Mandarin

？ Experience in NEV market in preferred

？ Technical background is preferred

？ Bachelor degree or above
