职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a team of game testers and offer full testing support for game production.
- Analyze product demand and define proper testing criteria and daily workflow for the test team.
- Research on targeted platform and latest technology, help to choose and develop proper testing tools and methodologies.
- Create test plan with reasonable arrangements for the work scopes, resources and schedule. Keep it updated and fit to the change.
- Conceive and optimize test cases and bug reports using proper terminology and relevant data for the targeted audience.
- Master bug tracking and prioritization and develop an efficient workflow for bug's processing cycle.
- Build a competent and efficient QC team by choosing proper team members and give them sufficient training and coaching.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication, give agile support to the dev team and partners.
- Constantly seek improvement and proactively implement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team collaboration.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience of testing in video game industry.
- At least 2 years’ experience on Chinese mobile games.
- Has rich experience on mobile devices compatibility test.
- Has experience on Chinese android markets SDK/Account/Payment integration test.
- Has experience on iOS mobile game release.
- Proven ability in managing and tracking schedules for a team of game testers with shipped project as QC Lead.
- Must have a passion for games, widely played games with in-depth knowledge of different types of games.
- Proven ability and experience in dev testing.
- Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English.
- Good interpersonal skills to undertake collaborative work with teams.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in automated testing is a plus (Selenium, Quick Test Pro or Load Runner).
- Experience in JIRA or ALM is a plus.

主要职责：
- 管理游戏测试团队，为游戏开发提供全程的测试支持；
- 分析产品需求，定义适用的测试标准和工作流程；

任职要求：
- 至少5年的游戏行业测试经验，2年中国市场手游测试经验；
- 具有各类手机兼容性测试的经验；
- 具有中国各类安卓市场SDK接入/账号/支付的测试经验；
- 具有iOS手游上线测试经验；
- 在QC Lead的岗位上有管理和跟踪项目进度直至产品发布的成功经验及相应能力；
- 对游戏本身充满热情，广泛接触各种游戏并具有深入的理解；
- 在Dev Test方面有成功的经验及相应能力；
- 能使用流利的中英文进行沟通；
- 良好的人际交往能力，能协调不同团队进行合作；
- 有较强的在压力下有效工作的能力；
- 对自动化测试工具有经验者优先（Selenium, Quick Test Pro or Load Runner）；
