职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Liaise and source potential KOLs / creators from social media platform into our networks;
? Work closely with KOLs / creators to develop passion projects and programs and form partnerships with external parties to develop creators/artists;
? To support sales team to line up job opportunities for managed and non-managed KOLs / creators;
? Be the evangelist of VS Media and KOLs / creators promote VS media to the KOLs / creator community;
? Be familiar with the trends and stakeholders in relation to the KOLs / creators market, stay up-to-date the happenings;
? Travel with KOLs / creators to events and productions and provide support when necessary; and
? Ability to work outside traditional business hour.

Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in social media platform or entertainment industry;
? Experience in liaise with KOLs or creators from different social media platforms including Meipai, Weibo, Tencent etc.
? Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of social media community and digital marketing;
? Strategic and creative thinker; Good connections in local social media market and strong communication skill would be an advantage;
? Self-starter with positive attitude and good team player;
