RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate plans and derive actions to maximize sales turnover of the flagship image storein Shanghai.
- Ensure brand image development are well executed in accordance with company guidelines
- Work with Marketing Department to organize customer engagement activities at the store for stronger brand building and customer networking .
- Communicate with procurement team to ensure syock levels are appropriate
- Monitor quality service standards and translate customer requirements into strategies and processes
- Work with administration department to ensure high-end shopping experience for customers
- Ensure each displaying zone has the appropriate goals,plans and budgets to maximize profitability for all stores
- Recruit,coach,and develop frontline staff
- Develop strategies to ensure strong employee succession
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years' retail operation experience in sizeable luxury retail at managerial level
- Strong leadership and people management skill
- Flexible and adaptable to different work situations and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Ability to work flexible hour including weekeng and public holidays.
