职位描述：
Summary:
Responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Responsibilities:
1. Collect hiring requests from functional managers, coordinate the whole recruitment process, including initial CV screening, interviewing, reference checking, candidate offer management, etc.;
2. Maintain employee leave management, employment contracts and employee personnel files, including electronic files;
3. Prepare, process and distribute payroll;
4. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers; Keep good relationship with HR vendors;
5. Be familiar with China Labor Law, provide advice, assist with employee relationship issues as necessary, explain China Labor Law to global when need;
6. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses as necessary, such as Company compliance training, New Employee Orientation, etc. ;
7. Make, revise and maintain employee handbook and ensure all employees have access and acknowledge receipt;
8. Organize company activities;
9. Administration of company office when need;
10. Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
1. Minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferable with HR major;
2. Minimum Three years’ experience in Human Resources position, with multinational company's experience preferred;
3. Fluent communication in both oral and written English;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Strong adaptability;
6. Excellent computer skills in MS Office in Microsoft Windows environment. 举报 分享
