Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
Position Responsibility
- Making employee's reimbursement in time and update payment status on travel claim database .
- Update foreign currency rate on travel claim database monthly.
- Making Company Credit Card Reconciliation report and send credit card detailed report to cardholder quarterly.
- Making bank statement reconciliation report including branch bank and cash report. And ensure its balance should be matched GL report.
- Responsible for Bank Acceptance check and register and issue. Making bank acceptance reconciliation report with bank report monthly.
- Check and making cash advance balance report. .
- Other bank and cash issue.
- Original deposit receipt should be kept in SAFE box and list should be matched with OR list.
- VAT Invoice issue and filing.
- Other task assigned by management.


Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求

- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or related field
- More than 2 year's financial working experience of multinational company
- Good oral and written English, communication skills
- Familiar with software MS word and excel.
