Description of Job Duties工作职责描述:
1. Manage manufacturing productivity & profitability using a CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) process that identifies:
- Production priorities
- Daily action plans
- Coordinating activities between the production, engineering and project requirements & maintenance schedules.
- Supply production team coordination and efficiency
2. Manage the manufacturing budget through the CIP systems. Initiate and achieve process improvements to ensure that direct to indirect labor ratios are maintained and that earned labor hours are at or above standard on a daily basis; monitor and adjust department spending.
3. Comply with global industrial product quality standards and procedures, including establishing and maintaining an ISO/TS compliant system, to ensure consistency of quality, safety, and an environment of continuous improvement.
4. Coach, motivate and train engineers or shift leaders on problem solving, employee relations and satisfaction, leadership, and general management skills.
5. Communicate with all plant colleagues on a regular basis to share performance results, organizational information, and general problem resolution through group participation.
6. Provide support at the investigation of claims. Including carrying out immediate corrective actions, cooperation with root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.

1. Able to managing and organize the set up ad growth fase of a high tech production with strong initial support of highly educated and experience technical engineers.
2. Ability to managing Moulding- Stamping and Assembly Department personnel with strong initial support of highly educated technical engineers.
3. Direct, coordinate, organize, supervise and control the production ( moulding , stamping assembly and tool maintenance) personnel hire, train, evaluate and discharge staff and resolve personnel grievances.
4. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirement, work procedures and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitation and time constraints.
5. Support the overall continuous improvement process; in particular recommends revision to methods of operation, material handling, equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve quality standards
6. Timely and accurately complete assigned tasks and follow written and oral instructions. Timely and accurately organize, priorities, and complete work assignments, including organizational and time-management abilities with minimal supervision and according to assigned deadlines.
7. Work in a harmonious manner, accept supervision and directions, and interact in a cooperative and professional manner with the Management, co-workers, and internal and external customers, staff, vendors, and contractors
8. Maintain a high level of quality work product and output.
9. Work in a team environment.

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications教育/经验/技能:
1. Bachelors Degree in Management or Engineering plus additional training in related courses of study (e.g. ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
2. Over 8 years of experience in a manufacturing management with injection molding processes, equipment and operations
3. At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry.
4. Experience or training for Scientific Molding desirable as well as hands operational experience.
5. Must possess strong leadership skills and communications skills
6. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and conversational
7. Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, coaching, diplomacy, conflict resolution.
8. PC literate in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
