职位描述：
Responsibility:
-collect and sort out and update the government regulations and rules, in order to keep the newest information.
-Setup EHS training plan, prepare material, conduct the training timely to employees.
-Identify and assess hidden danger, reduce/eliminate EHS risk (including security).
-Apply the related special licenses, manage licenses, permits, timely update the licenses and documents.
-Deal with the hazardous waste.
-Do the HSE inspection and conduct the HSE management in the project site regularly.
-Manage the fire-fighting system, organize the maintenance work, organize fire practice.

Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree Major: Environment Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related major.
-Good written and spoken English
-About 2-5 years working experience in EHS program management and employee training in foreign investment manufacturing company.
-Familiar with EHS management systems and law and regulation (including ISO9000 and ISO14000), and OHSAS 18001
expert/master knowledge and practices in construction and installation HSE management.
-Willing to travel frequently.
