职位描述：
Position Responsibility:

1) Account Maintenance
a. Responsible for client account maintenance, including opening, modification, closure, dormant account, and authorized signature specimen, ensuring all internal requirement and external regulation are implemented completely;
b. Report/maintain account info. in relevant system and spreadsheet;
c. Conduct account annual review and/or self assessment when required;
d. Responsible for account confirmation to clients;
e. Maintain all client related documentation in Operations for filing;
f. Coordinate with Operations Singapore for day to day processing;
g. Responsible for account related regulatory reporting;
h. Follow up account related outstanding issues periodically;
i. Escalate important issues if any;
j. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

2) C&I online Maintenance
a. Understand the C&I online system and be responsible for C&I online set up, client agreement filing, documentation, investigation, information, etc.;
b. Liaise and coordinate with Operations Singapore, SEB EBS supporting team, clients, and other counterparties to implement C&I online;
c. Responsible for Digipass distribution and maintenance;
d. Other ad hoc duties as assigned;

Position Requirement:

1) College degree or above;
2) 2-3 years experiences in Account Operations.
3) Good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;
4) Good communication skills;
