Consultant (8 months contract, Based in Shanghai Office)

Seeking experienced global mobility talent

Responsibilities:

You will manage the delivery of the full spectrum of International Relocation/ Assignment services to support the success of our corporate clients and their relocating employees around the world.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for all the relocation-related matters for assignees
• Providing counselling services to assignees as per client policies and conducting needs assessment for their relocation-related requirements, including housing preferences, household goods movement, schooling requirements, language training needs etc.
• Co-ordinating with various departments and vendors for the delivery of the authorised services and ensuring that clients' service specifications are met with
• Co-ordinating with different parties for the timely submission of client-specific reports and ensuring the accuracy of the reports
• Processing expense payments, reviewing expenses reports and managing assignment cost analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 3+ years' relevant experience in client-service fields. Experience in handling relocation-related services in an in-house or vendor role will be highly preferred
• Customer-oriented with excellent listening and consultative skills
• Pro-active, well-organised with good problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to handling day-to-day activities.
• Proficient in a Microsoft environment and with web applications
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in other language will be advantageous
