职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Support on localization and LCCC projects;
2. Bring in the technical know how in specific commodities and help suppliers to improve process equipment and operation;
3. Work closely with R&D and help suppliers turn design into real production;
4. Help suppliers move out the roadblocks to reach drawing specification requirement;
5. Manage suppliers APQP;
6. Be fully responsible for the parts develop and quality till PPAP, track closely with supplier tooling and part quality progress in part development phase;
7. Approve part first PPAP and ensure hand over to local team;
8. Involve WAG and build up know how for selected commodities.
Requirements:
1. College degree, major in Engineering;
2. Above 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry;
3. Familiar with stamping parts or big plastics injection molding.
4. Familiar with the office software(eg.Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
