Reporting to the Managing Director to formulate appropriate sales and marketing strategies for increasing the brand awareness,achieving sales target and maintaining good distribution customer relationship.

It is a senior position taking the overall P&L responsibility of the distribution business of the company. Reporting to the Managing Director to formulate appropriate sales and marketing strategies for increasing the brand awareness,achieving sales target and maintaining good distribution customer relationship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop distribution network in PRC and explore business opportunities covering Hong Kong, Macau and PRC to achieve business objectives
- Responsible for managing the distribution sales and marketing of all aspects of daily routines,sales and business planning,compliance,governance,contract variations,dispute resolution,ad hoc requests from the Managing Director.
- Participate in decision making and business planning based on the market-oriented collection data and industry analysis.
- Formulating the overall marketing strategies and customer communication channels including company website,wechat portal,e-commerce portal management.
- Lead a team of marketing staff to plan and organize customer engagement activities.
- Frequent business travel in PRC for recruiting distributors and providing support to existing customers.
- Degree holder with a major in Marketing /Business Administration/related discipline.
- 8-10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing/Sales Distribution
- Good negotiation,presentation and communication skills
- Have a strong client base in selling building materials,sanitary products,kitchen products,luxury & designer furniture or related prouducts,is preferable.
- Social intelligence to have good relationship with bussiness partners
- Good commend of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
