Day to Day Responsibilities:
日常职能：
? Assist SCM and SCS on daily work.
? 协助采购经理／主管开展日常工作
? Negotiate with suppliers on price, payment term, delivery date; to develop long-term supplier and potential supplier.
? 与供应商谈判价格、付款方式、交货日期等，开发长期供应商和备用供应商
? To confirm prices with suppliers and update normal spare parts price list and inform sales.
? 按时或适时与供应商确定适用价格，及时更新公司常用产品价格清单并通知销售部门所有人员，为公司销售部门提供价格服务
? Routine purchase of project equipent, PO and documents filing, including but not limited to filing of PR, Receipt, PO or purchase contract.
? 日常工程项目设备和库存设备的采购及文档处理，包括请购单、验收单之登记，订购单与合约的归档与管理等
? Tracing of POs and collection of delivery info; tracing, recording and filing of payment info; keep cooperation relationship with suppliers.
? 采购订单跟踪，到货情况的汇总，付款信息的跟踪、记录和归档，并协调与供应商往来事宜
? Collection and analysis of monthly or annual purchase data.
? 月度、年度采购数据的统计、分析
? Application of equipment payment
? 采购费用的统一申请与报支
? Tracing and auditing of supplier’s daily work
? 供应商日常表现的跟踪及考核
? Other works assigned by SCM or SCS.
? 完成部门主管安排的其他工作

Requirements:
要求：
? Bachelor's degree， major in English preferred.
本科以上学历，英语专业优先
? At least 1 year of purchasing experience and experience on Electronic Security purchasing preferred.
1年以上采购经验, 具备安防行业采购经验的优先
? Proficient knowledge on MS office.
微软办公软件操作熟练
? Good English language skills.
良好的英语能力
? Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的沟通及协调能力
? Ability to work independently.

In 1997, Airlink Shanghai representative office was set up. In the same year, Airlink successfully completed integrated electronic security system successfully for Intel Facility in Pudong, Shanghai.

In 2000, Airlink established its China headquarters: Shanghai Airlink Technologies Co. Ltd. and obtained the highest class “Design and Installation” certificate issued by Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In order to enhance its technical capability, Airlink set up R&D team and obtained the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise of Shanghai” awarded by the Shanghai Municipal Government in the same year. Airlink has successfully accomplished a number of major security system projects for airports, banks, governments and multi-national corporations.
