职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责创建和管理粉丝堂官微和明星账户（包括音乐艺术家，美国电视剧演员，NBA球员等过百位名人）
2、负责策划和执行每周和每月的微博活动，包括支持粉丝堂的品牌与明星、吸引新用户、高度参与支持和完成粉丝堂的各项目标
3、通过名人、范丝堂秀、好莱坞颁奖礼等热点话题建立和提升粉丝活跃度。
4、通过线上和线下渠道策划活动来维持和增长粉丝数。
5、负责各项自媒体指标，提高运营效率和效果，并提出好建议。


任职要求：
1、母语中文，英语口语和书写流利
2、通信、市场、商业、新媒体、公共关系或相关领域的学士学位
3、五年以上资深新媒体经验，有国际经验尤佳；
4、精通新媒体渠道的吸粉、运营和推广机制手段；
5、有较强的文案策划能力，善于把握当下热点，能对社会化话题进行发想创作 举报 分享
