职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Asia HR Master Data Management
? Ensure HR master data integrity. Make sure the data maintained in the global SAP HCM system is compliant with data standards, policies, and procedures.
? Improve HR master data accuracy by identify issues and root cause analysis. Help regional HR managers to meet the requirements by proactive communication and support.
? Coordinate with regional HR managers to create a better understanding of global data definitions and drive business rules required for data standardization.
? Evaluate the impact of data standards change for Asia and be responsible for related change management support and coordination with site / country / business HR managers across region.
? Acts as SAP HR / MDM expert for the region and a power user to maintain data records. Create and maintain analytical reports and presentations for regional HR and leaders.
? Responsible to collect and consolidate the monthly / quarterly master data report and compile monthly dashboards and reports for the leaders as required.
? Other ad hoc project or task assigned by the superior.

Compensation & Benefits Support
? Responsible for China monthly payroll report validation and process consolidation. Establish good relations with vendors, China HR managers as well as finance team to keep flawless payroll operation.
? Responsible for China saving plan and Generali insurance enrollment. Maintain up to date information of benefits practice, expat package across the region.
? Act as GPS compensation model super user to support the system implementation and management in Asia. Provide support to regional managers to improve the completion rate and meet the targeted timeline.
? Support annual incentive planning, salary structure review, salary planning process by collect, validate master data.
? Other ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirement:
1. A proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic team player & self-starter with responsible attitude.
2. High working ethic, fully comply with confidentiality, detail oriented and quick learner
3. Possess high level of data sensitivity, logical thinking and analytical skills.
4. Able to deal with massive data and keep organized work with multi tasks and timelines.
5. Bachelor Degree. Preferably in human resources or business management discipline.
6. 5 years proven experiences in HR Compensation & Benefits / Operations / HRIS areas in MNC.
7. Understand C&B basic concept with hands on experience of HRIS and payroll management.
8. Knowledge of SAP / SuccessFactors management will be a plus.
9. Expert of Excel. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
10. Fluent in English, strong communication skills (presentation, facilitation, listening) and multi culture understanding. 举报 分享
