职位描述
Ushi is looking for an experienced entrepreneurial professional who would be passionate about creating and building a large and excellent service business that helps solve one of China's largest problems: recruiting.
This person would be a leader in taking the current proof of concept stage operation and building it into a major force within China's HR industry.
Must-Have:
1. Natural, innate service orientation.
2. 5+ years experience in proven leadership building up a high performing service business, business unit, or team in one or more of the following sectors: recruiting / HR / headhunting / RPO / HR BPO / training / research / Internet.
3. Management and leadership experience of an organization of at least 50 people. Proven experience in motivating people to deliver excellent performance.
4. Native / fluent Chinese.
5. At least some communication ability in spoken English. Ability to read and write English at business level.
6. At least a basic understanding of the Chinese consumer Internet industry.
7. Good commercial sense and comfortable with responsibility for P&L of business unit.
8. Ability to design, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures and training.
Nice-to-Have:
1. Innovative, ideas person.
2. Connections with HR decision makers particular in technology, media and telecoms industries.
3. Quantitative and analytical.
4. Consultative sales ability.
