Accountabilities:
? Manage & keep all employees data up-to-date in HRIS & physical files required with 100% accuracy.
? Ensure a timeliness & completeness of relevant government reports such as Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others.
? Work closely with the line managers to determine the resource requirements and be responsible for the sourcing and hiring.
? Prepare and update weekly reports for management in relation to recruitment and hiring.
? Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a fast efficient & professional manner at all times, minimize the time to hire.
? Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns.
? Responsible for job offering and new hire process including documentation.
? Assist in the communication, announce / brief employees the changes or new policies or benefits via database and briefing session on timely basis.
Qualifications:
? Good command of both spoken & written English.
? Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. Literacy in using Internet Explorer and other social media applications is a plus.
? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
? Minimum 1 years of work experience in Recruitment and Employee Relation, experiences in factory is preferable.
? Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices
