Job Description:
- Manage a software development group within the MSO development organization.
- Group responsibilities include software development of Tellabs Intelligent Network Manager (INM) features and applications, with focus on element management areas.
- General responsibilities include staff management, project planning and execution, project status reporting, coordination with peer groups, meeting quality and process criteria.

Requirements:
- Require excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, including high competency in English.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or technical management is required.
- Desired candidates should also have at least 5 years of technical experience in a software product development, preferably in the development of network management systems.
- Work experience in a multi-culture environment is preferred, hands-on experience with object oriented programming language and relational database is highly desirable.
- Additionally, candidates should have familiarity with Microsoft Project/Word/PowerPoint.
- Education: BS degree in relevant field required, MS degree preferred.
