职位描述：
1. Daily communication with merchandiser team and suppliers, to set up good relation in between; 与毛衣组和供应商保持顺畅的日常沟通;
2. Follow yarn and trimming develop request and bulk order, handle quality, delivery date related issues in a timely manner, update status to sweater team, bangladesh colleagues and HQ on a daily basis; 跟踪纱线（毛纱）及辅料的开发和大货生产进度，及时处理质量，交期等问题，并及时与毛衣组，孟加拉同事及德国总部更新相应进度；
3. Assist sourcer to develop the yarn and trims according to buyer’s request and trends; help to set up yarn / trims library;
辅助毛纱/辅料开发同事进行纱线开发，并建立毛纱/辅料资料库
4. training supplier to meet company’s requirement including yarn quality, color improvement, hand-feel.
培训供应商，以达到欧赛对于纱线质量，颜色，手感等的要求；
5. Colour approval when sourcer not in office and communications with supplier to improve;
确认颜色，并及时与供应商沟通改进
Requirements:
1. rich yarn knowledge; 熟悉各种毛衫纱线，对纱线性能有一定了解；
2. good production follow-up skills; 熟悉毛纱采购流程；
3. good english reading and writing skills; 良好的英语读写能力;
4. good at office softwares like Excel, word etc 熟练使用Excel/word等办公软件
5. proactive, responsible, good communication skills; and can work under pressure.做事积极主动，责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
