* Implement customers' color approval manuals to all relevant dye houses.
* Review/approve colors on a daily basis, communicate with dye houses and the customers & provide coordination.
* Keep track of all dye houses submissions and progress & monitor to make sure colors can be approved in a designed time frame.
* Provide technical advice on colors, dyeing processes to dyers.
* Ability to interpret customer's needs & communicate effectively & efficiently with all suppliers.
* Attend pre-production meetings with dye houses, garment factories & merchandising team.
* Keep track of sample yardage and bulk fabric delivery status, and solve fabric quality problems.
* Review fabric and garment testing report, determining care code for garment.
* Make standardization of newly adopted fabric
* Assist supervisor for seasonal fabric development and sourcing
