职位描述：

Working Time: 10:00 - 21:00 with one hour dinner break.

Key responsibilities, tasks and activities:
工作主要职责：

- undertake retail and customer service activities
进行零售和客户服务活动

- monitor, optimise and exceed individual and overall shop sales targets in conjunction with the retail store manager

- manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies

- plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow for customer satisfaction

- learn the story, characteristics, specifications of the products sold and passion in transmitting the culture and the philosophy to the customers

- maintain health and safety, security and emergency systems

- oversee all telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication with the customers

- manage the upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures, materials and fabric of the shop premises

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

- a friendly and engaging personality

- at least 2 years of retail experience

- strong interpersonal skills, confident manners, helpful, polite and attention to details

- good communication skills

- knowledge of inventory techniques
会盘点库存

- knowledge of the fashion industry (preferably men fashion)

The following economic conditions shall ensure to find the suitable person for this position and to limit the cost for the company:

？ Monthly gross salary of 3,000 - 4,500.00 CNY;
每月工资税前人民币3000-4500 元

？ Annual bonus before Chinese New Year.

？ Commission on sales up 3.5% of individual sales
