职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、The Product Engineer is responsible for the coordination and, if necessary, for the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) according to checklists.
产品工程师协调制订“产品质量先期策划”（APQP），并按相关文件要求，来督导APQP的落实。

2、The Product Engineer is in charge of developing the product quality planning together with customers and suppliers. In this case, checking procedures (e.g. test plan) have to be defined, documented and brought into agreement with customers and suppliers. Moreover the Product Engineer is responsible for developing the measuring programs (e.g. 3D measure machine) or for having them developed and for optimizing the existing test runs. Furthermore the packing instructions have to be documented after being brought into agreement with the customers or suppliers.
产品工程师负责与客户和供应商一起制订产品质量计划。检验程序（如测试计划）必须定义和文件化，并且需要与客户和供应商达成协议。此外，产品工程师还负责开发测量程序（3D测试仪）或优化现有的测试操作。同样，在与客户或供应商的协议中，包装指导也需要明确。

3、The Product Engineer arranges samples and laboratory tests. He is responsible for measuring the samples or for assigning this as well as for documenting the results. Further on he determines process and tool adjustments and suggests optimization for the product.
产品工程师需要安排样品的实验测试，负责测量样品或安排相应的测量任务，并对结果进行记录和归档。并且，产品工程师要确定生产流程和工装的调整改进，来优化产品的生产工艺。

4、The Product Engineer generates confirmations for clients according to their specifications so that everything required is adhered to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Further, the Product Engineer is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the production series. In cooperation with the sales department the Product Engineer also defines possible variations in accordance with the customer (e.g.. applying AWE)
产品工程师，要根据产品规格来对客户进行产品确认，使之符合“生产件批准程序”（PPAP）的要求。量产过程中，产品工程师要负责相应的流程控制。产品工程师，还要与销售和客户一起，分析判断可能的产品/制程变异（如，应用质量警报工具）。

5、The Product Engineer has to find solutions to customer complaints (8-D-Report). Possible causes have to be analyzed and immediate action has to be taken (e.g. blocking stocks). In cooperation with other departments the Product Engineer is responsible for developing durable remedial actions and for monitoring the implementation. All taken actions have to be coordinated in accordance with the customers in due time and their efficiency has to be verified.
对于客户的抱怨（8D报告），产品工程师必须寻找对策，分析可能的原因，采取即时措施（如库存隔离）来解决问题。产品工程师负责与其他部门合作，寻找长久的纠正措施并对其实施进行监控。所有的措施必须适时地与客户进行沟通，以保证效率。

6、The Product Engineer cultivates contacts with customers on the operational level at home and abroad (e.g. Production, QM). Process audits will be prepared and accompanied from a customer point of view by the Product Engineer.

产品工程师，在运行层面上（如，生产、质量），与国内外客户保持沟通。产品工程师要站在客户的角度，来准备和进行流程审核。
7、The Product Engineer cultivates contacts with suppliers at home and abroad and if necessary supports the suppliers by the implementation.
Complaints regarding to quality are also handled by the Product Engineer. Moreover remedial actions have to be analyzed and their execution ensured.
产品工程师应与国内外供应商保持联系，必要时可提供帮助给供应商。产品工程师还需解决产品的质量问题，同时分析并确保补救措施的实施。

8、The Product Engineer documents the relevant experiences (e.g. product design, customer relations, production process etc.) and communicates them to other departments like Sales, R&F, and Engineering.
The cooperation of the Product Engineer with the sales department is particularly close at the launch of the serial production.
产品工程师需对相关的资料进行归档（如产品设计、客户关系、生产过程等），同时需针对这些，与销售部、研发部、工程部进行沟通。
尤其是在推出系列化生产时，产品工程师与销售部密切配合。

9、The Product Engineer makes suggestions how to simplify and improve processes and accompanies the implementation.
对于如何简化和改进生产流程，产品工程师可提出建议并参与实施。

10、Other tasks assigned by BU manager.
其它由BU经理安排的任务。

任职条件：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical/material/chemical engineering, or equivalent subject.
本科学历以上，机械/材料/化工工程或相应专业。

2.Five years’ working experience or above of product or quality engineer who qualified in the areas of product, process quality plan/control, customer service and supplier quality control.
五年以上产品或质量工程师经验，在产品、质量计划/控制、客户服务和供应商质量控制方面，有良好的资质。

3.Automotive and/or precision mold injection production background is preferred.
有汽车行业和/或精密注塑零件生产背景者优先。

4.Six Sigma knowledge and experience preferred, and good at the 5 tools of TS 16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
有6δ知识和经验者优先，并能掌握TS16949五大核心工具。

5.Good command of English & mandatory in both oral and written.
良好的口头和书面英语。

6.With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, etc.
较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格等。

7.Good communication, team work spirit, hands-on manner
良好的沟通技巧、团队合作和动手能力。

8.Be proactive, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.
