工作描述：
1. 从市场全局出发，根据公司的战略目标，及时掌握公司系列产品的市场销售情况，分析、判断各产品的生命周期及后续的跟进措施；
2. 能准确的对公司推出的产品进行定位，并及时掌握消费者对产品定位的认知程度及态度；
3. 能独立完成并制定公司产品下一步的定位及运作策略；
4. 负责公司总的品牌发展战略规划，督促落实和控制执行进度；
5. 掌握竞争对手的品牌在不同的市场时期的运作策略，与公司品牌策略进行对比，并做出对比分析，提出解决方案；
6. 完成产品的营销方案，协调产品线所有环节的沟通与整合。从产品评估、定位，产品上市、导入期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期，对各时期需要投入的费用进行控制。
职位要求：
1. 熟悉小家电行业，有相关品牌产品市场及企划五年以上工作经验，含知名企业或消费品牌工作经验优先；
2. 有独立完成产品规划、市场推广、策划的能力，熟悉产品市场与消费者心理；
3. 对产品特性和卖点有敏锐的眼光和精准的表达能力，能够整理收集市场信息并进行市场分析，能够撰写市场分析报告，并能够总结市场需求要求，并据此设计产品核心优势点；
4. 了解市场价格策略，分析竞争态势，并能够对产品的定价给出合理化建议；
5. 能与同事或客户进行良好的沟通，具有跨部门协作的工作能力；
6. 工作认真细心，配合度强； 能承受一定的工作压力，能吃苦耐劳；
7. 能够管理产品的生命周期，开发产品需求，监管研发过程，推动产品发布，配合运营做好后期服务；
8. 具有较强谈判能力，能够与第三方供应商进行谈判并建立良好的合作关系。
